Hi I can't get it to work after I have down loaded the demo, all these files in zip and I click on setup demo and nothing happens. Please advise.

had similar problem, Ralph fixed it, thanks for the wonderful teck support. . . . including Rae, Ralph and Steve, Ray. . . . all worked to get me up and running without loosing any client time.... WONDERFUL team

Hi Everyone,
Part of the prob could be the anti-virus program interfering with loading program on local computer.
On mine, Norton threw a hissy fit 'cause according to it's stats I happened to be among the first few to download the file.
To resolve, I disabled Norton and continued with the install.
Works fine now!

Hi, Got the program loaded and working after much ado about MS Framework and conflicting programs. Used it extensively Thursday and Friday. Got to the end of the day yesterday, Dec 31 then something happened, got some kind of a Network Framework something or other??? Anyway since then when opening the program (Ultralite demo) after entering the login info and clicking enter message comes back that 'This account is already online, Login Canceled'
So I cannot gain access to get back to use............ help!

Hi, I found out what happens that causes a problem for me here; a system shut down without logging off/exiting the program. Leaves me logged in without a way for me to access the system. Could you please log me off on your end again. Maybe the Demo should have an auto logoff with a disconnect? Thanks again. Renee Michelle

Could not get the demo to install. Got the following error message "The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). What would you suggest?
