I am having a problem installing Ultra Lite for a friend. When it gets to the install part and I click on Run a message comes up sayiing there is an error in the website.

I had downloaded Ultra Light version a couple of days ago and the free trial of the premium online version last night.I am confused as the drop-down menu under names has me,my spouse and so on.Do I have to click on me or enter my name and so on.

You can just input your name or click on "Me" and then clicl the add button. Either way it will know. God Bless.
