I just installed mine. . . am trying to view the videos but nothing is happening? I get the music note but nothing plays. please advise, thanks

There are no videos on the dongle. All the instructional videos are on Youtube. it is not obvious to me how to run more than one client at a time. thanks, It is very easy. Simply open the program again by double clicking the short cut on your desktop. Be Blessed. |

I lost all my cocktails when I removed my dongle, I thought I was out of the program.

I lost all my cocktails when I removed my dongle, I thought I was out of the program. Clara They are probably still there. It must have changed the root folder that the SRC4U pulls from. You have two cocktail folders, 1 on the dongle (for back up) and 1 on your hard drive (from the installation of the software). When you open a cocktail look to see if you are looking on the dongle drive or the hard drive. Then check the other cocktail folder and you will most likely find you missing cocktails. The file path for the hard drive folder is below C:/program files/SRC4U-premium/Cocktails If you need anymore help please let me know. Be Blessed. |

I loaded the stick and the emblem with the circle of people is up but says "loading data file" and keeps turning without loading the program window so I can use it. I have tried everything and read the help suggestions. I don't know what I am failing to do. Help?
