Client is recieving an error message of "Error on Website ! Upgrade cannot continue ! please try again latter"
She is downloading the Premium Demo.
I have provided her with Rae's phone number but am wondering what the problem could be so I can take care of these sorts of problems instead of passing them along. Thanks!

Hi. I had the ultra lite version, which expired. I uninstalled it and applied the new download code per the instructions for the one that doesn't expire. Now installed, but said "no days remaining", buy or try with a code that says to email@email.com. What do I do now? Uninstall and reinstall? get load code? Thanks

Hello,
I had the premium version of SRC4U with the free until 15th July offer and now I want to download the demo version of it which lasts 14 days. When I try to fill the application form for it, a message says that my email is already in use.

That means that you had signed up for the demo before i see that you signed up for the premium demo on 12/4/2010 and your trial expired on 1/1/2011. rae
