Hi Everyone, I have just downloaded the Premium to my computer successfully however when I went to use it a message came up saying that my email address is not liisted and to try again. So I talked with a support Tech and she told me she couldn't help me. I am listed ok so I don't know what the problem is here. I really want the Premium to work for me any advice will be appreciated.

Ron, when this happened to me a while ago. it was OK the following day. I vaguely remember a message on the web site saying it may take up to 24 hr for them to get you totally "registered". try again this evening and by 24 hr if it isn't usable, fill out another tech support ticket. my ultimate resolution was a glitch at their end. . . they are GREAT but not perfect. Thank you Ron for bringing this to our attention.
We were not aware of this problem.
As a result, we have found the issue and it will no longer be a problem for anyone.

Hi Everyone, I got the SRC4U working now and I did a session on it today too. Seems to be working ok and planning on getting the online subscription too before the special price expires.
By the way my thanks goes out to Rae for her help too. She was a very good help for me and I thank her too.

I can surely see the big difference between the SRC Ultra Lite and the Premium now. Wow, it is great!!!!! I only wish now that I had changed over earlier. I am here now and looking forward to all fo the benefits of the Premium as I continue to learn how to use it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
