I tried to contact tech support on the website, but the form would not go through, nor would it to contact the CEO. Very disconcerting. How can I contact someone at the company?

Same here. The updater will not connect to server, nor will premium-0 open or connect to server. Are the src servers down?
Thank you for contacting me, as the online contact form is locking down and won't accept or take the info.
Edit, additional note
Btw, my computer had a restart problem and didn't remember forum password. I updated, now it sees me as new member. Thank you.

We are in the process of rebuilding our website and all the corresponding links and connections. At times, the connection will not be available. I have just tested the tech support ticket page, and it is now working. I have informed the webmaster to check the contact links.
