My hard disk crashed while using my Premium Online subscription. I installed a new HD and operating system and downloaded and installed the latest version of the software. But I am unable to log in as a message pops up that I am already logged in another account.But I cannot log out of that account as the system had konked off. Please reset my account to enable me to log in.
