Hi,
What Qi Gong Postures would you recommend for someone with Lyme disease and a co-infection of Bartonella?
What Qi Gong Postures would you recommend to strengthen someone dealing with extreme fatigue?
What Qi Gong Postures are best to enhance the immune system?
Thanks for letting me know. Peace and Love, Lady Light

Please refer to Grandmaster David's videos on the Qi Gong postures available on YouTube or by going to the Tool tabs in the P3 and clicking on the Program Tools panel.
The Qi Gong postures do not address issues in the fashion that Western conceptual thinking is used to. Often the labelled symptomology is but a small piece of the puzzle and does not address the root cause; or, forces a misguided focus. The Qi Gong postures balance and strengthen the organs and meridians, thus affecting the immune system's optimal ability.
The human condition is multi-faceted and complex and what works for one person may not be as effective for another person. The judicious use of all the postures will have the most beneficial result.
Quite often, as a person cycles through all the postures, in time, much symptomology dissipates as the body energetically balances itself.
