A big thank you to Rae Lorenz for handling our technical issues with such speedy dispatch. Another thank you to the entire SRC4U team for assisting Rae during her challenges with the phone company. As with all new software releases there are going to be patches required when anomalies surface that are previously undetectable. Unlike the response time of a company connected to older technology, 99% of technical issues are handled, mainly by Rae, within 24 hours of SRC4U being made aware of the problem.
I bring this topic up because we want to thank all of you who have sent such positive comments about our quick response time. Many of you have heaped very high praise on our efforts and we are humble in our gratitude.
I want to also express my gratitude to all those who have written about the wonderful experiences they have been blessed with while using the SRC4U technology. We would love to hear more testimonies.

Rae bailed me out today in her usual cheerful and helpful way. She is amazing. Could SRC clone her :-)?
I am sure that I am not just speaking for myself in saying that the responsiveness and integrity of the talented SRC Team is greatly appreciated.
