On the Premium version an item may appear in more than one location offering more than one opportunity to choose that signal more than once.

I feel that by choosing it more than once from different locations (Ex: Pain in Theme; Pain in Symptoms; Pain in Correction Request; as well as adding pain in the Find option) that it will actually have a different signal from each location, thus exponentially growing the opportunity for dealing with the item in many different ways.

Is this correct?

You are correct -- the intuitive discernment feature of the software "spins" the rubix cube to locate, yet another, aspect of pain, now differentiated by the new "area / section" that you picked it from. It does build. The signals are different. The connections get registered. And it all then leads to Qi Gong enhancement. Good observation!
