Words of appreciation have been expressed many times in other posts to the SRC Team and supporting cast, and I decided to do the same today to make a specific point of appreciation. I didn’t know exactly where to post this, as many well-deserved kudos are already scattered in spread-eagle style throughout a number of threads. Therefore, I decided to start a “Words of Appreciation” thread.
Within about the last two weeks, I have had four requests for help, including two today, from people I informed about the SRC technology. Because I am not qualified to help in the specific issues requested, I suggested that they contact SRC team members or post in the forum. All of these people received complete resolution to their problems from either Rae, Ray, Kathy or Ralf. It is relevant to mention that two of the people have the free ultra-lite version, one has the lite version, and one has the premium version. The point to be emphasized here is that great support was willingly provided independent of whether or not the person requesting it had a free or purchased version. Words of appreciation are hereby expressed for the heart-centered support given to these people and others too. There is a saying that is apt here: “the speed of the leader is the speed of the gang”.

Thank you, Larry for your kind words. Our individual and collective intention is to bring this SRC4U Qi Gong enhancement software to the world and support those who get involved in using / promoting it. The only way to be successful at that--is to ensure that everyone who gets involved is speedily taken care of when there is an issue. "All of you" can't get the benefit if it don't work! And "All of us" are commited to getting you the help that you deserve. Thanks, Larry, your support has been boundless. Blessings to you and yours!

WORDS OF APPRECIATION TO KEVIN GREEN
This is just a short note to mention that Kevin Green patiently bailed me out from what I initially thought might be a problem with the shemotion dongle, but the real problem was with this pc novice .
He also kindly did some pc house cleaning and upgraded my computer.
Kevin goes the extra mile and exemplifies the excellent support provided by the other Tech Support personnel I have had the pleasure of dealing with, namely; Rae Lorenz and Cory Nix. And Ralf has also come to my rescue.
It is a pleasure to deal with these professional, personable and pleasant people who are dedicated to be of service.
Cheers, Larry

I'll second and third that. . . . I've "known" Kevin via phone for many years. . . . always the font of knowledge and truth.
thanks Larry for reminding me.

I have had the quality of service from another company that is known for their customer service quality and the SRC4U customer service team and organization is right at the top with them.

Technical support from SRC is a unique experience. The entire staff is not only outstanding at what they do, but they want each of us to be able to understand and gain the most benefit from the SRC and ShEmotion programs. They care. And it is appreciated.
I sometimes struggle with computers and technology, and it is easy to get frustrated, confused or feel “dumber than a bucket of rocks” when things are not working. I appreciate the quick response to a request for tech support. Rae, Cory and Kevin and on the front line. Each is courteous and patient, cheerful and encouraging, which makes it easy to ask for help and to understand.
It doesn't matter if the problem is software, hardware, or human error. They are there to identify and resolve it, and they do so with graciousness. On rare occasions when they could not, they work together with everyone on the SRC staff to find a solution.
They provide much more than excellent technical support. Each is an educator and a friend.
Thank you Chele

I would like to take a minute and thank all of our wonderful supporters and staff.
You are all making a HUGE difference in the world!!!
Just as an example I would like to share a story.
I got a call today from a Shun Shen Tao practitioner that may have saved a man's life. A man was having chest pains, numbness, and tingling in the arms (possible heart attack) and the practitioner calmly ask the man if he needed any help. To which the man responded "Yes". The practitioner then quickly sprang into action performing a Qi gong Fireball on the front and back of the torso and next used the Nei gong Hwa Jing to clear any energy blockages. After the blockages seemed to clear they moved on to the Yes Technique.
The blockage was so bad that it took the practitioner 30 minutes to clear the whole thing. The entire time the practitioner was observing the man, they noticed that they didn't seem to be making any headway with clearing the problem. But, the practitioner knew how to feel the energy and they knew that the energy didn't lie. They could feel the blockages moving and leaving. Although the man was not as bad as when the practitioner first started, they could not seem to make a complete break through. So, in spite of what their eyes told them, they trusted their feels on the energy (something that can be very hard to do, especially in an emergency type situation) and as a result the problem cleared.
The practitioner next encouraged the man to seek medical advice in case of possible future complications, of which the man did and all tests came back negative (they did not find anything wrong with the man). The man came back to work the next day, had no pain and only mild fatigue. After a few more minutes of the Qi gong Fireball on the front and back the man was feeling great with good energy.
I tell this story to let you all know. We make a difference in the lives of people. We do it with respect of others and for others. We do not impose our standards and beliefs on others. We are here to serve, guide, inspire, help, and heal. We are here to share the unconditional love that God has given us so freely and to be a shining example of humanity.
Fear can rob us of our humanity only if we submit to it. Submission to fear could have made this story very different. But instead of fear in a time of crisis one person said "No, not here. Not today." They trusted what they have learned regardless of fear. As a result, there is one person walking around today that might not have been. They did not just make "A" difference, they made "The" difference. This is the same difference that you all make every day, either directly or indirectly. "When faced with insurmountable obstacles, do not descend into fear. For fear is the eternal darkness. Instead, move forward with inner strength. For it is the great river to which all other rivers converge; moving forward, gathering strength, until soon.... Nothing can stand in its path." -Master Po
I just want to say, that I am honored to know you all and it is a privilege to serve with you.
David Harris Grandmaster Shun Shen Tao

Luke 8:50 But Jesus on hearing this answered him, "Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well."
2Ti 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Stay Blessed!

WORDS OF APPRECIATION TO CORY NIX
This is just a short note to mention that Cory patiently bailed me out today as a gremlin apparently wiped out my Cocktails Folder, and the SRC4U program suddenly decided to go on a sabbatical.
Cory exemplifies the excellent support provided by the other Tech Support personnel I have had the pleasure of dealing with, namely; Rae Lorenz and Kevin Green.
It is a pleasure to deal with these professional, personable and pleasant people who are dedicated to be of service.
Cheers, Larry
