Hello~
I am wondering, is anyone printing invoices for clients that they can submit to insurance? In my business, I have for biofeedback but not sure what might need to be done if the client uses this instead.
I'd love to hear others thoughts on this...

my initial response is NO WAY. . . . you NEVER want insurances companies in your business.
I use quantum biofeedback and don't invoice for that either.
just my opinion.
I"m in USA
will await others responses.

Thanks for your insight Cindy...
What do you tell clients who want to submit to insurance? If you wouldn't mind sharing...I would appreciate it.
At this point, it's simply been receipts for Biofeedback. I've never had a request for records or anything. But now, I have a client that was in a car accident, and would like to submit to his insurance. He started with Biofeedback and has now switched this.
I would love to have insight on everyone's ideas on how best to proceed?
Blessings, Angela

good question.
I used to say. I'll give you a receipt for biofeedback and "good luck" with insurance. the few people who submitted were declined so I now just say.
"what we do together is "different" from mainstream health care covered by insurance." I have them pay full price the first visit and if they feel strongly that my approach is best for them, and they pass my "means test" I will use a sliding scale for their fee.
I seriously doubt you can get src4u past ANY health insurance. if it isn't "attached" to the client. . .well. . . it doesn't exist in THEIR world. Not in ours, of course.
Will await other responses. . . good luck to you.
