I have had computer problems had to get new hard drive ect. when I registered never got a confirmation email when I try to download. get go to your email.l If I try to re-register it says I am already registered. I had the premium for a day but couldn't restart because it said was already in use tried doing an update I accidentally uninstalled the program then I had all the other problems now i can't reinstall or even get the lite version. Question once I get this resolved may I have 2weeks with the premium. Thank you Marnie
