Hello team! I am excited to try out the latest version of the SRC. I tried clicking on the updater tool on my desktop. It said I had one update which I ran but it still looks like the previous version. Could the updater tool (2.0) need updating?
Thank you, Kathleen

Do I need to uninstall 2.1? It updated four files, but I don't think these are the updates you are telling us about.

I am pretty sure there are only 4 files and it should also be Updater 2.1. Go ahead and run it. The next time you open the SRC4U program it should look very different.

Hello, please help... I have loaded all the trial versions of the SRC programs on this computer with no problems.. so I did not think that my 2 GB of memory would be a problem with the purchase of only 1 screen of the Premium -- which I have had for about a week. On the new Premium online, after signing in, it would only go to the blue screen and sit there -- for hours. I figured it was my fault for assuming that my 2GB dual core would run the software - even though that is the minimum requirement. I have now purchased a 4 GB dual core (Windows 7) and have been unsuccessful in loading the s/w. I have disabled McAfee, made sure the download software for SRC in the Firewall exception ... It starts the download and then the message appears, "Error on Website! Upgrade can not continue! Please try later" Then when hitting return it says "This program didn't install correctly .......Reinstall using recommended settings" -- same error message.
This is worse than my old 2GB computer. I was unable to leave a tech support ticket because it says that the web site it not found, however, the link to the testimonial is still working. I now have noticed that I can not run the SRC Ultra Lite program on my old computer or even get to the blue screen on my old computer... Please help .. Thank-you

The website is down temporarily due to a Comcast equipment failure. We are currently at their mercy until it is fixed; just one of the internet's interesting but frustrating peccadillos. Internet failures always seem to come at the most inopportune times; but, thankfully, they are not constant.
Stay Blessed!
