I see different words on the SRC that I would like to know what they mean. For this post: 1. What is PO? I also read this in the beginning chapters of the Certification course and have not found the meaning. Please explain what it refers to. 2. Would you please explain the the TREE of Life items on the SRC Jing and Po, Qi and Hun can grow through correct lifestyle, but they are also subject to exhaustion: 'The two are not separated at the root, therefore if jing accumulates, Po also accumulates, if Qi accumulates then Hun accumulates, and this is man; when jing is exhausted and Po collapses, then Qi scatters, Hun floats and one no longer is aware of anything'. Po - which relates to jing and to form - has a particular relevance during intrauterine life and, even though Hun is also present from the third lunar month onward, performs the main functions. It is said that it enters the embryo on the third day (an analogy with the crescent moon that appears on the third day) and the seven Pos are believed to be established by the ling of yin in the fourth month of gestation. The maternal Po supports that of the embryo and fetus until the eighth month, when the latter becomes autonomous and is allowed 'to wander'. Po resides in the lungs. In the cycle of the five elements it corresponds to the rise of yin within yang, to the west, to sundown - that is, the process of densification of Qi. In this phase Qi tends to assume a shape, with a framing and structuring movement, in the system of analogies and resonances the tissue that corresponds to lung-metal is the skin, a system of exchange with the exterior and at the same time a limit of the body. Qi gong Tree of Life The basic principle of tree Qi Gong is that trees are the guardians of the earth. They take what are toxins from other life forms and feed on it, transforming it into useful products for the planet; they are the filters of the planet. Every form of life, or matter (energy) also has a type of energy field around it to some extent. Just as a sound doesn't really go to a certain distance and stop, energy and fields of energy are much the same way. Energy radiates out in all directions from each being, just getting fainter as it gets further away from it's central source. This means that beyond our perception these energy fields interact and blend to a certain extent influencing each other. As we practice Shun Shen Tao and certain Qi Gong over a period of time we can begin to feel this field energy emanating from us. This feeling of qi is first between our hands, as we begin to develop our Qi Gong and increase our own qi and awareness of it, our vitality increases and our qi shines brighter - stronger. In the software it shows us what Options will be selected to balance and enhance the Tree of Life. Seeds and Roots are more internal or deep. Branches, leaves, fruits, etc are more outward toward the surface. Just like a tree. I hope this helps.

Great answer!!
I had a rudimentary understanding of the Po and Hun from previous research; but, this fills in some gaps. It also makes me realize that there is so much more knowledge to be obtained.
It also emphasizes for me how fortunate we are to have software that is impacted by a knowledge base attained only by a few, but freely shared for the betterment of mankind.
The beauty of the SRC4U is that we don't have to understand how it works or the intricacies of how it was developed or the myriad of signals available. We just have to use it to get benefit.
One could say the same thing for a number of items we use on a daily basis without knowledge or understanding of what comprises their components or methodology. To wit: cell phones automobiles, satellite TV, computers, etc.
Enjoy the benefits of the SRC4U and share it with the world.
Stay Blessed!

GMD when I asked the question about Po I had been writing down some information I was learning in the Qi Gong Certification course. Here is the paragraph I had written from my notes: "The Lungs (Yin energy of the Air Elements) primary function is the act of breathing. Lung qi stagnation can cause chronic emotional turmoil which may eventually manifest in an outburst of crying or sinking into deep despair. The lungs govern emotions of the present and influence one’s breath, skin, large intestines, mucous membranes, body hair, smell, and metabolism of the body fluids, and the Po. The right lung stores grief and sorrow caused by men, and the left lung stores grief and sorrow caused by women. Some of the negative emotional attributes that have to do with the lungs are disappointment, sadness, grief, despair, shame, and sorrow. Some of the positive emotional attributes of the lungs are dignity, integrity, healthy self-esteem (1). So when the Qi energy of the lung meridian is open and flowing energy to the lungs the lungs build more strength and the individual builds a stronger base of these positive attributes as well as enjoying a strong balanced lung capacity that is healthy. "
I was sharing this with someone and they asked me what Po meant and I could not answer them. So thank you for your answer. I have to really study it because you said so much and in language I am still learning. And I am getting it. I am sure sharing this with the individual who asked me will go over their heads. I will find a way to say it simply.
Thank you for the explanation too about the Tree of Life. I was thinking it was referring to the depth energy flows from our DNA patterns we took on from generations that have belief constructs that have held us in unconsciousness. I feel that as i have been running the SRC program so many past stuck places have disappeared. My mind is more creative and I am doing things this year that were impossible for me to do last year. So your explanation is very clear. Thanks.
Ray I am so happy to see you back on the chat site. Thank you for your share. We are indeed blessed!
