Hi,
Yesterday I bought the lifetime online subscription, still no response. I opened a support ticket 24hrs later, still no response (and that was 7hrs ago). What now?? I could pm the details if u like..

A detailed letter was automatically sent to you when your payment cleared this morning USA Eastern Standard Time (they are 8 hours behind Kenya time). I wil PM that same message to you here. To ensure that our mail does not get put in your SPAM folder, please ensure that all of our domains are Whitelisted / Safe listed at your end (@src4all.com; @src4you.com; @sh-e-motion.com, etc...) Thanks, I got it. Now, I have another problem and didnt want to start another thread. I had logged in but got a power blackout. Now I try to log in again and get a message that I am still logged in. What do I do?

One for your payment (aol account). A different one for the Shemotion online subscription (gmail account). I have corrected your Shemotion online subscription account to conform to the payment information (aol account), and sent you your new login information. Since this correction has now been made, future payments to your account should post correctly in the future. Please try it now, and let me know... Kind Regards, Kathy Blair
