We are all searching for the right words to use for everyone and well there is No right thing to say to everyone.. CUZ, WELL the technical stuff is too much for most people.. and some people are looking for help just do not understand it can come in this form. After you get the yes - Run the Issues in the Theme Box and talk to them again 5 to 10 min... even if a wonder click is still running and then talk to them again in a day or so. RE-RATE THE SAME ISSUE - They will want to talk about something else.. they will say it did nothing.. cuz they can not connect to the original issues to answer you question. Ask the question about rating the original issues or each on the many original issues again and get the to rate them. ~it helps if you kept notes~ most all #'s will be at 0, 1's or 2's (When they ask you how...
Ask them how their cell phone works??? "they open it & dial a #" Well we open the SRC4U we put in there name (ie. we dialed their #) and hit send (Wonder Click me) No different... Just a different tool to get a different Job done...
