I've tried contacting Ray and Kathy; my shemotion was charged on the 18th and my software still says account not active and I have not heard back from Ray today.
Perhaps this is a tech support problem.

Perhaps this is a tech support problem. It is working now. I just tested it. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are still working on the automated process. It was easier to make the SRC4U then it is to make this infrastructure. (I mean, who would had thought that?)
