Hi All, Regarding the Shen Tool, it says "Type an issue into the box" - do you just type in the negative aspect, like "I find it hard to keep my room tidy", or, as David says in some of his Shen Technique videos, type in the desired outcome as well, like "I want to be able to keep my room tidy all the time" ?
Secondly, do you have to sit in front of the hand movement animation and watch it OR can you simply press 'Engage' and walk away?
Many thanks, Beaumont.

You can type a positive or negative issue in the box. The Shen Tool will know the difference. Just press Engage and walk away. The animation of the hands is only to show you what the technique looks like.
