Can't login to my SRC Prem

Are you guys offline today? I downloaded the SRC Basic, used it, then closed it. Tried to login to SRC Premium and it doesn't recognize my email so it says

Also, filling out the form on the tech support link gives an error.

Only our Online Subscriptions are affected. There is a massive interruption on the Internet which started this morning, countless websites are down! News reports about this show 'Go Daddy' is the main focus of this outage.

Service restoration time is unknown but you can bet Go Daddy are working as fast as they can to recover from this DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack.

Those customers running sessions via SRC4U Dongles (USB drives) are totally unaffected as they can remain disconnected from the Internet and still run our programs.

We are still working on the problems. It should be up sometime today.
The global DNS servers were hit by a DOS hacker attack. Thousand of websites around the world are still recovering. Please be patient with us as we are moving as fast as possible to resolve the issues.
