Hi! I have a subscription for the O-Premium. This morning it will not allow me to log in.........says my subscription is cancelled! I am not sure why.........I have an on going payment for the 3rd of each month for this subscription and my account has enough funds for that. Would you check on why I cannot log in?
Thank you. PS I was able to log into my Ebody subscription this morning, which is under the same information.

Follow up to my original post, I did check my financial institution and the monthly fee for this subscription was taken out of my account this date 10/03/12

it may be faster to do tech support from the web site, fill out a ticket and the techy people get back to you faster.
