My Tibetan bell indicating the session is finished has not worked for the last 24 hours and neither has my charger bell. I do have sounds when I try to do something when it is scanning so I know the sound works...thanks. I LOVE the SRC4U..so look fw to having the capability to work on numerous sessions!

Explore a few things... Computer Sound Setting. SRC4U Program sound setting. SRC4U Demo Program Altered/Missing wave sound file. Have you turned off/down the volume on your computer? There is typically an icon in the lower right corner on the bottom task bar. It looks like a speaker. Click it ensure that the volume is not set for mute and adjust the volume, as need be. This may be the fix that you need. Have you turned off/down the volume on the SRC4U program? See the picture attached. There is a "Tool" Button on the lower left corner of the program, directly left of the "Charger" button. Click the "Tool" button; see if there is a check mark to the left of the word "Sound". If not, click the word "Sound" to ensure that there is a check mark. This may be the fix that you need. If neither of these fix the lack of SRC4U program sounds, then call Rae Lorenz. She can setup a session with you and have a look in the sound file and see if the message wave forms have been corrupted or removed from your sound file within the Program. Hope that this helps! Please let us know how this turns out and what it was. Attachments:

Thanks Kathy..it was the sound turned off in the lower left corner by the charger, interesting that I still got sounds when I tried to do a task while it was still scanning. I can only surmise the reason it was turned off was my kitty Merlin was walking on my computer yesterday(?),he is fascinated by the tibetan bell,in fact, they both come to high alert every time it goes off:) Love it. Thanks again for your help! Blessings~Constance~

I am so glad that it was something simple. Since it had worked shortly before, it seemed something had changed. Cats, in general, love this software; at my friends home, they congregate at our feet when the program is running. Something they never do otherwise.
There are many wonderful stories about authoring the SRC4U program. Not the least of which is the one related to intuition, discernment and creation of the clear Tibetan hand bell sound. I am glad that you are able to experience the joy we had in creating it!

I am glad it was easy also..I found I really missed the bell, it is very pure. Regarding stories, I can only speak for myself, but I would LOVE to hear that the whole team is taking the show on the road next year so we can have a day(?) afternoon(?) of training/questions and answers/story telling..etc... Just a thought:)
