Enhance Theme - Stress Relieving Colours

When I enhance a theme, I love looking at the Stress Relieving Colours field.

Sometimes it is actually a colour, but more often (at least for me) it's something else that relieves stress.

For example, sometimes my absolutely favourite relaxation spot in the world comes up.  When I see that I laugh, and happy memories come back, and so it is definitely a stress reliever for me!

But sometimes other things come up, which I've never heard of and can't find on google.

For example, today I got "Alesan".  The closest google could give me was "Alesana" who are a rock group.

was this a hint that I should listen to more rock music?

What do other members think?
Do you get magical stress relief suggestions too?

Even though there are some crazy sounding names that come up in the Stress Reliving Color Selection, they are all colors.

Thanks Grand Master. What a lovely colour Alesan is, halfway between peach and magnolia.
I've bookmarked the sight so that I can check out other colours
