I am running the Premium, have 9 sessions going and when attempting to open #10 get this error message: "SRC4U - Dongle Check ..... Application Limit Reached" I have never had this message before and have always been able to run 10 sessions simultaneously. Thanks, sox Open the "SRC4U" folder on the dongle and delete all "Temp" files. Temp1 Temp2 Temp3 Temp4 Temp5 Temp6 Temp7 Temp8 Temp9 Temp10 If you need help just let me know.

Thank you - I had not realized the temp files where located in the dongle. I had several and have deleted them, but in doing so all my open sessions abruptly closed down in one fell swoop. Is this normal? Or should I wait till no sessions are running and then clean out the temps? Thanks, Sox
Also, re John Kellen's box there are no temp files in the dongle or in any SRC files. Thanks2 Sox and John

Oh,... my temp files were named: temp temp2 temp3 etc
Because the first file did not have a #1 was I not supposed to delete, or do we always delete 'everything' in that folder? thanks3 sox

This is a new error message for me. I did email to debug but no answer yet:
I'm trying to start a clearing for two people and a house and can only open one program. Attempts to open another give me this error message every time:
Error 5 means: Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed in SRC4U-Premium frm SCR4U_full_load
Any help appreciated. Thanks, Linda

Quite often when you get a dongle check just close down that box and do it again. Most of the time it then works.
