Question: 1) Why does Norton's utilities reject your lite software download as suspicious. Even if I over-ride their warning, as soon as the src4u program starts, Norton's says that the program it performing "suspicious activities" and renders is useless. 2) How do I get past this? I would like to try the software.

Instructions Assuming that you have Norton AntiVirus 2009, the instructions to exclude a file from being scanned are as follows. 1. Open Norton AntiVirus and click on the Settings link next to .the "Computer "category. 2. Under the "Exclusions/Low Risks" category, click the "Configure" link next to Scan Exclusions. 3. Click the "Add" button and navigate to C:\Program Files and add the folder that contains the application that you want excluded. 4. Click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the window and then the "OK" button. NOTE: If you are using Norton AntiVirus 2008, and your subscription is still valid, you are entitled to a free update to Norton AntiVirus 2009. To update, visit the Norton Update Center at the link below. www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/… Let me know if you need any more assistance.

I've been successfully using the dongle for a week now and had at least 9 sessions open. Tonight I only have four sessions open and receive a message indicating application limit reached. Please advise. Thanking you in advance for your help with this.

Please help me to understand........Ralf says I didn't exit properly. I personally did not do any "exiting". I did notice that when returning to my computer after I was gone all day, one of the sessions errored out on it's own - some message about "unhandled exception". I have no idea why I would get that message on only one session out of four or five that are running? Is that what created the temp file(s)? How can I avoid that in the future? I trust that when I have all sessions going, they will continue running and not error out. Thank you for helping me understand.

Do you have screen savers or standby/hibernation mode enabled? How much RAM does the computer have and what Operating System is it running?
