I continue to get the attached unhandled exception error and other messages such "Original Drive E was removed" - dongle is missing when it is NOT missing. I have removed temp files and this continues. Thanking you in advance for any help. Thank you. Attachments:

I am having trouble saving cocktails in my charger on my 2nd Premium dongle..it says I need permission from the administrator. Thank you~Constance~

I just got an error message saying that my "trial" was up. I have the premium dongle and have never had this message before. Help?

Thanks, Susan! Everything went great until the Update part - I got an error message saying there was an error on the website and it could not continue. "Try again later". Guess I'll try again later. Unless anyone else has any suggestions...

Update: I got the updater to work but I'm still getting the "trial version" message. Gonna give Miss Rae a call now. Thanks, Susan - we nearly made it. Nancee

Nancee Try reinstalling the SRC4U program and the restart you computer. If the Updater worked then that should be the only things left to do. Let me know.

Sincerely appreciate that you have developed the software but I need help I am not able to open up the program with the dongle in place after originally not having any problems. The window that opens up when clicking on the SRC4U Premium icon indicates that it is for a trial version. Only buttons are install license, order and try. It had closed the one SRC4U Premium window that I had openned on its own. Is there a fix that I can do myself because I understand that Rae truly very busy with others that also have issues Also I am getting a Windows Genuine Advantage Notification message that I did not have before. Thank you so much for your assistance. Have a wonderful day.

well I am getting something strange with my premium version. I have been running it -several programs at a time but this morning I exited the last 5 programs and when I tried to have the first program come up from the bar it simply would not...double clicked but it would not open back up on the screen! I finally had to eject the dongle and close my computer down- hopefully when I get home put the dongle back in everything works as it should. Also still can not update from the installer because of "web errors" ANY IDEAS? sharon k
