Try reinstalling the installer. It may not have loaded correctly.

I have uninstalled / reinstalled still get the same error on my laptop and NOW even on my new desktop I just bought today -same response? website error sharon k

Hi Ray,
I left a message on your cell earlier today....then thought of trying this avenue, also.
I am unable to copy and paste anything into the correction box....which makes it difficult to use the cocktails that don't have links. I can't right click to get a menu. I also tried ctrl+p to paste and that did nothing, either. It's Vista and I am trying to copy from a Works file.
Any ideas.....or should I email Ralf?

Hi Kathy,
Thank you so very much for your quick response and awesome help in answering all my questions just now in the remote session.
For anyone else trying to paste into the correction box, I now know it's ctrl+v (not crtl+p...v is for copy and p is for print). :-) Both Notepad and Works worked when I tried using the correct letter, that is crtl+v
You and all the SRC4U Team are truely a blessing. Lois K

Hello~ I use a dongle, and I have two sessions running right now, went to open a 3rd and I get the demo box stating I no longer have any days of my trial yet. Help Angela

Greetings...both of my Premium dongles are acting up..1 will only let me use 8 programs and the other only 4...hmmmm...thanks for your help! ~Constance
